These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "you") and jl899 ("jl899", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jl899.org and all associated sub-domains and mobile-optimised versions thereof.

jl899 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free bets, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Wagering requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• One welcome bonus per person. The welcome deposit bonus is available once per new Member, per household, and per device. Use of VPN, multiple accounts, or other means to claim the welcome bonus more than once is considered bonus abuse.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl899 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where warranted:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with jl899 games or the betting interface in a manner not intended for human players.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, game glitches, or mathematical errors for financial gain.
• Collusion with other players in any game where such collusion would confer an unfair advantage.
• Using the jl899 platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other activity that is illegal under Philippine law.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with jl899 software or game engines.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jl899 platform solely for personal recreational purposes consistent with these Terms. This licence does not permit copying, distributing, modifying, publicly displaying, or commercially exploiting any jl899 content without prior written authorisation.

jl899 is committed to responsible gaming practices. The following tools are available to all Members through the account settings panel:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session time reminders: Receive alerts after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Cool-off period: Temporarily suspend access to your account for a period between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your account and request exclusion from all jl899 marketing. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for the minimum period elected.

jl899's aggregate liability to any Member for direct damages shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jl899 does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, and third-party service provider failures may result in temporary unavailability. jl899 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of platform unavailability.

jl899 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification, prolonged account inactivity, or regulatory requirement.

Members may close their jl899 account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining balance (net of applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements not yet met) will be refunded to the Member's verified payment method within five (5) business days.

jl899 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Members via email to the registered address or through a prominent notice on the jl899 platform. Continued use of the platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.
